Mental Health issues

We provide a listening/support service for anyone dealing with Mental Health issues.

Our Confidential service is headed up by a team of professional counsellors/psychotherapists who provide their services to  Hope free of charge.  If you wish to make an appointment to speak with a therapist please contact.

Drop in Centre.

Our drop in service will reopen on  Monday 8th,  and will be open initially on Monday mornings,  10am to 12. noon at our premises, Unit 5, Courthouse square. You’re very welcome to drop in for a chat and a cuppa.

Family support

If you are caring for someone suffering from Depression, Self harming or having suicidal thoughts, we are happy to meet with you and discuss ways we may be able to help you.  Remember a problem shared is a problem halved.

Bereavement supports.

If you are worried about yourself or someone else that has been affected by the loss of a close friend or family member and you would like to talk to someone. Or if you need information or help in the immediate aftermath of a suicide,  ie. Self- care, Funeral arrangements, entitlements, inquest etc.  Please contact.

Cant find the strength to talk just yet.

Why not make yourself a nice cup of tea and put your feelings down on paper.  Sometimes its so much easier to open up to yourself,  and if you feel you can share these stories or emotions confidentially with one of us just send us on your thoughts by text to   089 6105476 or by E mail to  help@hopedropin.ie.

Suicide Awareness in the Community.

If you’re interested in attending a Suicide Awareness/Prevention workshop, Or if your organisation would like to host one please contact us on   info@hopedropin.ie  Ultimately our aim is to provide education on  Suicide Awareness, Intervention, and Prevention throughout our entire community.
